Say Hello to the Experts

Caity Rolfe
The Boss Lady
I started working at 14 and never really slowed down. From school-based apprenticeships in Year 9 to graduating Year 12 with eight qualifications and two business apprenticeships, I’ve always been focused on building real, practical capability — not just ticking boxes.
My career started in accounting firms, where I quickly moved through the ranks and stepped into a management role at 22. Leading teams, managing compliance, and owning client relationships gave me a solid foundation in operations, finance, and people — and showed me early on what actually makes a business run well behind the scenes.
Since then, I’ve built my career around exactly that: making businesses work better.
I’ve led operations for high-performing, multi-office real estate businesses, managed teams of 40+, overseen everything from trust accounting to recruitment, and been recognised nationally for operational leadership — including being named a finalist for Operations Manager of the Year (from 600+ submissions) and runner-up for Operational Leadership Person of the Year.
Now, as the founder of Boss Lady Business Solutions, I work with business owners across Australia to bring structure, clarity, and calm to the chaos. No rigid packages, no outsourcing — just real support, tailored to what actually moves the needle.
From admin and bookkeeping to systems, workflows, and day-to-day operations — I’m the one behind the scenes making sure it all runs properly.
Because you can have the best brand in the world… but if your backend is a mess, it shows.
And that’s where I come in.
