I have worked with Caity for many years. I have seen her work crazy hours in order to meet deadlines, co-ordinate multiple projects at the same time, juggle internal staffing issues, manage the difficult area of customer complaints, negotiate trade and supplier contracts, and balance management priorities with systems and operational efficiency improvements. It’s a rare person who can handle so many competing priorities efficiently and with a smile on their face, irrespective of stress levels.
