Driven by passion and a strong work ethic, Caity has built a diverse and successful career by always striving to excel in everything she does. She began working at 14 and undertook school-based apprenticeships from Year 9, graduating Year 12 with eight qualifications and two business apprenticeships completed.
Her professional journey started in the accounting sector before she transitioned into real estate in 2017, joining one of Canberra’s leading agencies. Throughout her career, Caity has earned multiple promotions and continually enhanced her expertise through ongoing education, including formal qualifications in Business, Leadership & Management, Human Resources, and Xero accounting software. She is currently furthering her studies in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
In 2024, Caity launched her own business, driven by a desire to support small businesses and entrepreneurs to achieve sustainable growth. Her approach centres on integrity, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to helping clients succeed.
With a broad skill set spanning HR and people management, operations, business planning, finance and compliance, IT and administration, as well as marketing and social media, Caity is a proactive leader who leads by example and welcomes feedback. She anticipates challenges before they arise and dedicates herself fully to supporting her clients and team members—celebrating their successes as if they were her own.

Caity was a finalist for the 2024 Real Estate Business ‘Operations Manager of the Year’ award out of 664 submissions and runner-up for the 2023 Real Estate Institute of the ACT’s ‘Operational Leadership Person of the Year.’ These accolades reflect her unwavering commitment and passion for her work.

Jayme-Lee Watson

With over 15 years’ experience in a range of administrative roles, Jayme has obtained quite a unique skillset.
She started working in her family’s food van business at a young age and learning business concepts has paved her pathway of learning. Graduating year 12 in 2008 she went on to Start a traineeship completing a double diploma in business and management while working a variety of roles in the automotive industry. In 2016 she went into a NFP role and was the administration lead in successfully implementing a family-based support program in the ACT and worked with them until 2022 where she decided to expand her career knowledge into scribing and recruitment.
Jayme is willing to learn and has undertaken a wide variety of courses and webinars to stay up to date. She is not afraid to ask questions, research or problem solve to gain further knowledge and further develop her skills in administration, recruitment, customer service, policy and procedures, operations and business planning, Work health and safety.
